Reissuing SSL certificates
You may need to reissue your SSL certificate if you change your CSR or lose your private key. Reissues are free and replace the existing certificate. To use a different domain, you must purchase a new certificate (refunds available within 30 days via support).
Before reissuing, gather:
* Domain name
* Certificate reference I
Steps:
1. Contact support / create ticket
Reissue process:
* GeoTrust/DigiCert: Use the DigiCert end-user portal
* Sectigo: Submit a support ticket with your new CSR, domain, and reference ID
* CSR must be generated on your hosting server
After submission, approve via the original email. The final certificate will be sent to the admin email.
Timeframes:
* DV: up to 2 days after approval
* OV: up to 3 days
* EV: up to 10 days (may take longer if verification is needed)
