1. Contact support / create ticket
* Approval email must be one of the predefined addresses
* If unavailable, use DNS validation via support

Check certificate status:
* View status, expiry, domain, CSR, and contact info under Manage

Resend approval email:
* Available in dashboard (may take up to 1 hour)
* Sectigo may require tool or support

CA bundle:
* Required for browser trust
* Usually included, or downloadable from the certificate authority

Reissue / Renew:
* Reissue:
    * DigiCert/GeoTrust → portal
    * Sectigo → support ticket with CSR + details
* Renew:
    * No auto-renew; must purchase new certificate
    * Must match original (domain, type, account)

Renewal windows:
* DigiCert/GeoTrust: 89 days before expiry
* RapidSSL: 30 days
* Sectigo: 60 days (+ remaining days carried over)

Cancel:
* Sectigo (issued): contact support
